In an effort help our customer and non-customers dispose of their used

disposing of ink, toner, fusers, drums and cell phones.
First we offer free UPS return

Commonly asked
questions:
Can I only recycle
cartridges manufactured by the Cartridge Family?
No, they can be from any manufacturer or retailer. For your
convenience we offer free pick up of empty cartridges for recycling
along with a complete line of remanufactured and OEM printer supplies.
How do I request a
label?
You can
email
or call us at : 866-332-9630 ext. 229. Any one of our sales associates will
be happy to help you.
I have heard some
companies that "recycle" just send the empty cartridges to a landfill,
is that true?
We work effortlessly with our
manufacturers to ensure all recycled cartridges are broken down and each
part is closely inspected to see if they meet remanufacturing
guidelines. If a cartridges shell or part is determined to
be at the end of its life, it's then melted down to be used as recycled
plastic material for future composite manufacturing. All excess
toner is donated to asphalt companies where it is used in road
pavement.
What is the
Difference between a "Remanufactured" & "New" OEM cartridge?
Remanufactured cartridges are recycled cartridges. Our cartridges
are NOT "drill and fill" and are manufactured in the United States.
They are manufactured with recycled parts from OEM and New Compatible
cartridges. All parts have been disassembled and each part is
inspected and tested before being reassembled. These cartridges
are also extremely reliable and have the best price on the market.
OEM
stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." These cartridges are
the most expensive on the market because they're branded and come
straight from the machines manufacturer (HP, Xerox, Brother, etc.).
These cartridges are made overseas.
We
also offer what we call a "New Compatible" cartridge. The New
Compatible is a hybrid between the Remanufactured and OEM Cartridge.
Read our
product
information page to learn more about our New Compatible cartridges.
How can I buy
Remanufactured Cartridges?
The
Cartridge Family offers a complete line of remanufactured
toner,
ink, and
printing supplies
at competitive rates for all major printer manufacturers. We offer full
1-year
warranties on all remanufactured products.
How should I package the items I am returning?
The bottom of this page shows an example of each of
the containers we have to offer. The original packaging is always the
best way to protect the cartridges during shipping. Inkjet cartridges or
cell phones can be placed in the original boxes and placed in large
shipping cartons or in the inkjet mailer bags. Toner cartridges and
fuser cores in the original boxes can also be placed in a separate
recycling container designed for their collection. If the original boxes
are not available, bubble-wrap, newspaper, or other suitable packing
material should be used to protect the cartridges & cores.
